Supported Residential Facilities are accomdation services licensed under the Supported Residential Facilities Act 1992 to provide accomodation and personal care to their residents. People living in Supported Residential Facilities generally have some form of disabilty or impairmemt and require assistance in order to function on a day-to-day basis.

The aim of Carmel Court is to provide residents with a safe homelike environment, to provide them with facilities to maintain a satisfactory level of living standards and to Promote quality of life and ensure a high degree of care. The facility is licensed to care for a maximum of 24 residents at any one time.
